Máximo Cajal
Máximo Cajal y López (Madrid, 1935) is a Spanish diplomat and ambassador
He was the Spanish ambassador to Guatemala in 1980 and was the only survivor of the burning of the Spanish Embassy.[1] He is currently the special representant of the Spanish Prime Minister, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, in the Alliance of Civilizations.
